Car Cleaners Policy

Ensuring Organized and Eco-Friendly Services

To maintain order and ensure proper vehicle cleaning services within the Society premises, the following guidelines are to be followed by all residents and car cleaners:

1. Registration of Car Cleaners:

  • All car cleaners must be registered with the Society office.
  • Residents must submit the name, photo, and contact details of their car cleaner to the Society office for records.
  • Police verification of car cleaners is mandatory and must be completed before they are allowed to work in the Society.

2. Identification and Access:

  • Car cleaners must carry a Society-issued ID card at all times while working within the premises.
  • They must display the ID card upon request by security personnel or residents.

3. Entry and Exit:

  • Car cleaners must record their entry and exit daily at the security gate.
  • Security guards have the right to deny entry to unregistered or unverified car cleaners.

4. Behavior and Decorum:

  • Car cleaners must behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
  • Any misconduct, disputes, or inappropriate behavior should be reported to the Society office for immediate action.

5. Designated Areas for Car Cleaning:

  • Car cleaning must be carried out in the designated parking areas assigned to residents.
  • Car cleaners are not allowed to use common spaces or pathways for their work.

6. Water Usage and Cleaning Tools:

  • Car cleaners must avoid excessive use of water while cleaning vehicles.
  • Residents must ensure that car cleaners use appropriate and eco-friendly cleaning methods to conserve water and maintain cleanliness in the parking area.

7. Work Timings:

  • Car cleaners are permitted to work within the Society premises only between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
  • Cleaning vehicles outside these hours is prohibited to avoid disturbances.

8. Damage or Theft:

  • Car cleaners are responsible for ensuring that no damage is caused to vehicles or surrounding areas during cleaning.
  • The Society is not liable for any loss or damage caused by car cleaners. Residents are advised to resolve such issues directly with their car cleaner.

9. Termination and Updates:

  • If a resident discontinues the services of a car cleaner, they must inform the Society office to update the records.
  • Any new car cleaner hired must go through the registration and verification process before starting work.

10. Cooperation with Security and Management:

  • Car cleaners must cooperate with security guards and follow all instructions provided by the Society management.
  • Residents must also ensure that their car cleaners adhere to these guidelines.

By following this policy, we aim to provide an organized, safe, and eco-friendly car cleaning service within the Society premises. Your cooperation is appreciated.
