Car Cleaners Policy
Ensuring Organized and Eco-Friendly Services
To maintain order and ensure proper vehicle cleaning services within the Society premises, the following guidelines are to be followed by all residents and car cleaners:
1. Registration of Car Cleaners:
- All car cleaners must be registered with the Society office.
- Residents must submit the name, photo, and contact details of their car cleaner to the Society office for records.
- Police verification of car cleaners is mandatory and must be completed before they are allowed to work in the Society.
2. Identification and Access:
- Car cleaners must carry a Society-issued ID card at all times while working within the premises.
- They must display the ID card upon request by security personnel or residents.
3. Entry and Exit:
- Car cleaners must record their entry and exit daily at the security gate.
- Security guards have the right to deny entry to unregistered or unverified car cleaners.
4. Behavior and Decorum:
- Car cleaners must behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Any misconduct, disputes, or inappropriate behavior should be reported to the Society office for immediate action.
5. Designated Areas for Car Cleaning:
- Car cleaning must be carried out in the designated parking areas assigned to residents.
- Car cleaners are not allowed to use common spaces or pathways for their work.
6. Water Usage and Cleaning Tools:
- Car cleaners must avoid excessive use of water while cleaning vehicles.
- Residents must ensure that car cleaners use appropriate and eco-friendly cleaning methods to conserve water and maintain cleanliness in the parking area.
7. Work Timings:
- Car cleaners are permitted to work within the Society premises only between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning vehicles outside these hours is prohibited to avoid disturbances.
8. Damage or Theft:
- Car cleaners are responsible for ensuring that no damage is caused to vehicles or surrounding areas during cleaning.
- The Society is not liable for any loss or damage caused by car cleaners. Residents are advised to resolve such issues directly with their car cleaner.
9. Termination and Updates:
- If a resident discontinues the services of a car cleaner, they must inform the Society office to update the records.
- Any new car cleaner hired must go through the registration and verification process before starting work.
10. Cooperation with Security and Management:
- Car cleaners must cooperate with security guards and follow all instructions provided by the Society management.
- Residents must also ensure that their car cleaners adhere to these guidelines.
