Upkeep of Premises

Maintaining Cleanliness and Harmony

Proper maintenance of the Society premises is the responsibility of all residents. To ensure a clean, safe, and harmonious environment, the following guidelines are issued for adherence by all:

1. Littering:

  • Residents are requested not to wrongfully litter in the Society premises.
  • Educate children on the importance of maintaining cleanliness and avoiding littering.

2. Air Conditioner Water Disposal:

  • Ensure that water from air conditioners is properly drained and does not drip onto the ground or parking areas.
  • Improper disposal can damage the flooring and create inconvenience for others.

3. Garbage Disposal:

  • Residents must dispose of their garbage in the designated dustbin outlets located on each floor.
  • Garbage must not be left outside the dustbin outlets under any circumstances.
  • Ensure that garbage is properly segregated into dry and wet waste before disposal.
  • Maintaining cleanliness around the dustbin outlets is the responsibility of all residents to ensure a hygienic environment.

4. Watering Plants:

  • Take care while watering plants in the corridors to ensure that water does not spill onto the floor, making it slippery and hazardous.
  • Clean any spilled water immediately to prevent accidents or mosquito breeding.

5. Complaint Registers:

  • The Society maintains complaint registers for recording issues related to plumbing, electricity, intercom, housekeeping, and other services.
  • Residents are encouraged to record their complaints in the appropriate register for timely redressal.

6. Pet Guidelines:

  • Pet owners must ensure their pets do not litter within Society premises.
  • If a pet urinates or defecates in common areas like lifts, corridors, or the compound, it is the owner’s responsibility to clean the area immediately.
  • Pet owners are requested to keep their pets on a leash in common areas and ensure they do not disturb or harm others.

7. Corridor Cleanliness:

  • Avoid storing personal items like furniture, boxes, or bicycles in corridors.
  • Residents are reminded that cluttered corridors can obstruct emergency evacuation routes.

8. Noise Control:
Residents are requested to avoid making loud noises, especially during late hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.

These guidelines aim to foster a clean, safe, and pleasant living space for all residents. Compliance with these rules is essential to maintain the harmony and reputation of the Society. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
