Entry of Guests

We warmly welcome all guests visiting residents of the Society. However, to maintain security and ensure smooth functioning, the following guidelines must be strictly followed:

1. Entry and Exit Record:

• All guests entering the Society premises must record their entry and exit in the register maintained by the security guards at the gate.
• No objections should be raised by residents or guests regarding this security protocol.
• Multiple entries by the same person must also be recorded for accurate monitoring.

2. Visitor Parking:

• Visitors must park their vehicles only in the designated visitor parking areas.
• If visitor parking inside the premises is unavailable, guests should park their vehicles outside the Society premises in an orderly manner.

3. Cooperation with Security Guards:
Security guards have been instructed to enforce these rules. Residents are requested not to pressurize or argue with the guards regarding exceptions to these guidelines.

4. Advance Intimation for Large Gatherings:
If a resident is expecting a large number of guests (e.g., for a party or gathering), the Society office and security guards should be informed in advance to manage entry, parking, and security smoothly.

5. Restricted Access for Unverified Visitors:
For security reasons, unverified visitors may be denied entry to the premises. Residents are advised to ensure that their guests provide the necessary identification if requested.

6. Responsibility of Residents:

• Residents are responsible for ensuring that their guests adhere to all Society rules during their visit.
• Any misconduct by guests may result in action against the respective resident.

7. Noise and Conduct:
Guests should avoid causing disturbances or loud noise, especially during late hours, to respect the peace and harmony of the Society.
