Parking Rules
Ensuring Fair and Organized Parking
To ensure smooth and fair usage of parking facilities within the Society premises, the following rules are to be followed by all residents and visitors:
1. First-Come, First-Serve Policy:
- Parking slots in the Society are not designated to specific flats and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Residents are requested to park their vehicles responsibly to maximize available space.
2. Parking Charges:
- First car parking for each flat is free of charge.
- For additional vehicles, the following charges apply:
- Second car: ₹300 per month.
- Third car: ₹500 per month.
- Fourth car and beyond: ₹1,000 per month per vehicle.
- Residents must inform the Society office about all vehicles parked under their flat for proper billing.
3. Vehicles with Expired Registration (RC):
- Any vehicle with an expired registration certificate (RC) will be charged ₹1,000 per month for parking inside the Society premises.
- Owners are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles have valid registration.
4. Car Stickers:
- All car owners are required to obtain Society-issued car stickers for their vehicles from the Society office.
- Vehicles without stickers may face restricted entry or additional scrutiny by security personnel.
5. Parking Lines and Designated Areas:
- Parking lines are clearly marked within the premises.
- Residents and visitors must park their vehicles only within the designated parking areas to ensure orderly use of space.
6. Visitor Parking:
- Visitors must park their vehicles in designated visitor parking areas.
- If visitor parking is full, visitors should park their vehicles outside the Society premises in an orderly manner.
- Residents are requested to inform their guests of the visitor parking guidelines to avoid inconvenience.
7. Two-Wheeler Parking:
- Two-wheelers must be parked in spaces specifically allocated for two-wheelers to avoid obstructing car parking.
8. Unauthorized Parking:
- Parking in fire lanes, common areas, or obstructing driveways is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized vehicles may be clamped or towed at the owner's expense.
9. Speed Limit and Safety:
- A maximum speed limit of 10 km/h must be observed within the Society premises.
- The use of mobile phones while driving inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
10. Vehicle Registration and Updates:
- All vehicles must be registered with the Society office, including details like make, model, registration number, and RC validity.
- Residents are responsible for updating vehicle records in case of any changes.
11. Parking Decorum:
- Vehicles must be parked within the marked boundaries to ensure fair usage of space.
- Avoid honking unnecessarily or creating disturbances in parking areas.
12. Liability Disclaimer:
- The Society is not responsible for theft, damage, or any other incidents involving vehicles parked on the premises.
- Vehicle owners are advised to take necessary precautions.
13. Reporting Issues:
- Any disputes or concerns regarding parking should be reported to the Society office or security personnel for resolution.
- Security guards are authorized to document and address any parking violations.
