Green Area and Park Rules
Preserving Harmony and Beauty
To maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and functionality of the green areas and parks within the Society premises, the following rules are to be adhered to by all residents and visitors:
1. General Usage:
- Green areas and parks are for the enjoyment and relaxation of residents, especially families and children.
- Residents are requested to use these areas responsibly to maintain their cleanliness and beauty.
2. Timings:
- Parks are open for use 24/7, but it is advised to use them between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM for safety and convenience.
- Entry outside recommended hours is at residents' own risk.
3. Cleanliness:
- Dispose of all waste in the designated dustbins placed around the parks and green areas.
- Littering is strictly prohibited. Residents are encouraged to report any instances of littering to the Society office.
4. Children’s Play Area:
- Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times while using play equipment.
- Play equipment is intended for children only and should not be misused by older individuals.
5. Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the parks or green areas to maintain hygiene and prevent inconvenience to other residents.
- Pet owners must ensure that their pets do not enter restricted areas.
6. Prohibited Activities:
- Playing football, cricket, or any other games that may destroy grass or plants is not allowed.
- Activities that may damage the grass, plants, or infrastructure, such as riding bicycles or skateboards, are prohibited in green areas.
- Smoking, drinking, or consuming intoxicants in the parks and green areas is strictly forbidden.
7. Plant Protection:
- Residents must avoid plucking flowers, damaging plants, or stepping on flower beds.
- Any complaints or suggestions regarding plant maintenance should be reported to the Society office.
8. Events and Gatherings:
- Green areas and parks can be used for small gatherings or events with prior permission from the Society office.
- Residents must ensure that the area is cleaned after the event and no damage is caused.
9. Sports and Fitness Activities:
- Light fitness activities, yoga, and walking are allowed, provided they do not disturb others or damage the park facilities.
- Organized sports activities require prior approval from the Society office.
10. Noise Control:
- Residents must ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.
- Playing loud music or causing disturbances in the green areas and parks is prohibited.
11. Violations and Fines:
- Any resident or visitor found violating these rules may be fined as per Society guidelines.
- Residents are responsible for ensuring their guests adhere to the park rules.
12. Maintenance:
- Residents are encouraged to notify the Society office of any damaged equipment, broken benches, or other maintenance issues in the parks and green areas.
- The Society management is responsible for regular maintenance of these spaces.
By adhering to these rules, we can maintain the serenity and beauty of our parks and green areas, ensuring they remain enjoyable for everyone.
