Guidelines for Residents

• Society Employees:
  • Society employees are required to work under the overall supervision of the Managing Committee.
  • Employees are expected to maintain respectful behavior with members and residents.
  • Any incidents of misbehavior should be reported to the Management for appropriate action.
  • Residents are also requested to treat employees respectfully and refrain from insulting them.
  • Any actions taken by employees or information provided by them on behalf of the Managing Committee should be considered as coming from the Managing Committee. Any objections or differences of opinion should be addressed directly with the Hon. Secretary, not the employee.


• Driving Rules within Society Premises:
  • Maintain a maximum speed of 10 kmph within the society premises.
  • Avoid using mobile phones while driving.
  • Society guards are instructed to intervene if anyone is found driving at excessive speed or using their phone while driving.


• Use of Corridors:
  • Corridors should not be used for storing furniture or any other items.
  • No Storage of any kind is permitted on Corridors.


• Police Verification for Workers and Tenants:
  • Residents must ensure identity and police verification of all workers, maids, or tenants staying in their flat.
  • Police verification is mandatory for individuals who are not family members of the resident or owner.
  • The completed police verification must be submitted to the Society, as per police requirements.
