Entry Rules

Ensuring Security and Harmony

To maintain security, order, and a peaceful environment within the Society premises, the following entry rules are established for residents, visitors, and service providers:


1. Resident Entry:

  • Residents are free to move in and out of the Society premises without restriction.
  • If a security guard does not recognize a resident, they are authorized to politely ask for confirmation to ensure security. Residents are requested to cooperate for the sake of safety.
  • Vehicles must display a valid Society parking sticker for hassle-free entry.


2. Tenant Entry:

  • Any new tenant must have prior written permission from the Society office before shifting into the premises.
  • Proper documentation, including police verification, must be completed, and Society approval must be obtained before entry.
  • Tenants without prior permission will not be allowed to shift into the premises.


3. Visitor Entry:

  • All visitors must register their entry and exit in the logbook at the security gate.
  • Security guards will verify the purpose of the visit before allowing entry.
  • Residents must inform security guards in advance if they are expecting visitors to ensure smooth entry.
  • Visitors must park their vehicles in the designated visitor parking areas.


4. Service Providers (Maids, Drivers, Delivery Agents, etc.):

  • Regular service providers must be registered with the Society office. Their details, including name and photo, must be updated periodically.
  • Service providers must display a valid ID card while entering the Society.
  • Delivery agents are required to deliver items at the gate unless residents have explicitly permitted them to deliver to their flats.


5. Guest Entry:

  • Residents hosting guests must ensure that their guests provide necessary details to the security guard at the gate.
  • Guests planning to stay overnight must inform the Society office in advance for records.


6. Contractors and Workers:

  • Contractors and workers must be registered with the Society office before starting any work in the premises.
  • Entry for contractors and workers is permitted only during specified working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Workers must carry valid ID cards and comply with all Society rules.


7. Vehicle Entry:

  • Vehicles without valid Society parking stickers are subject to security checks at the gate.
  • Visitor vehicles must be registered in the logbook and parked in visitor parking areas.
  • Vehicles with expired registration certificates (RCs) are not permitted entry unless approved by the Society office.


8. Restrictions on Unauthorized Entry:

  • Unauthorized individuals or unregistered service providers are not permitted entry under any circumstances.
  • Residents are requested not to pressurize security guards to allow unauthorized persons into the premises.


9. Security Checks:

  • Security guards are authorized to check bags, packages, or vehicles if deemed necessary for safety purposes.
  • Cooperation with security checks is mandatory for all residents, visitors, and service providers.


10. Emergency Situations:

  • Emergency service vehicles (ambulances, fire trucks, etc.) will be given immediate access without delay.
  • Residents must inform the security guards of any emergency situations to facilitate smooth entry and assistance.


11. Quiet Hours and Late Night Entry:

  • Residents returning after 10:00 PM must ensure minimal noise during entry to avoid disturbing others.
  • Visitors are discouraged from entering the premises after 10:00 PM unless explicitly authorized by the resident.


By following these rules, we can ensure a secure and harmonious living environment for all residents. Your cooperation is appreciated in maintaining the safety and security of our Society.
